As a UX designer, I began my work in retail stores, interviewing clients and asking them about their relationship with tea and with the Dammann brand. The collected information enabled me to define their profiles and to synthetize the data into personas.
Combination of our client needs, review of product database (volume, width and depth), as well as defined personas allowed us to unravel multiple conception possibilities:
